I'm Brad Allen—a music enthusiast with a journey that's been anything but ordinary. My mom introduced me to the piano at the age of 2, but by 13, I took a detour to explore life's other avenues. It wasn't until I watched the movie Drumline at age 16 that I felt music calling me back and I started playing the drums in my local church.

Drumming at my local church soon lead to becoming a go-to drummer for services, conferences, and camps throughout the Maryland/DC District of the UPCI. Soon after, I found myself revisiting the piano, this time with a focus on serving in the church. Fast forward a bit, and I landed at Christian Life College in Stockton, California, where I spent four years as a music major, graduating in 2018.

During my time in college, I wore multiple musical hats—playing the drums, piano, and even the occasional bass for services. A highlight? A 9-week summer music tour that expanded my musical horizons. Post-graduation, I circled back to my home church, this time as the permanent music director—a pivotal role in my musical tale.

Today, as I reflect on this wild ride, I've picked up some valuable lessons on leadership, teamwork, and the pure joy of passing on the magic of music. My passion for music is boundless, and I'm pumped to share that energy with fellow musicians looking to collaborate and anyone interested in diving into the world of piano or drum lessons.
